These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the ClearEast Trip website and all travel-related services offered by ClearEast Trip. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, making a payment, or confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
ClearEast Trip reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

2. Nature & Scope of Services
ClearEast Trip operates as a travel planner and coordinator, providing services including but not limited to:
Fixed departure tours
Custom and private tours
Group and curated travel experiences
Hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, permits, and local experiences
All services are arranged through independent third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity operators.
Services are provided strictly as per the itinerary, inclusions, and exclusions confirmed at the time of booking.
3. Booking Process & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Advance payments are used to block hotels, vehicles, permits, guides, and other time-sensitive services.
Booking confirmations, itineraries, and service details are communicated digitally via email or official messaging channels.
Any verbal communication or informal discussion shall not be considered binding unless confirmed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
The payment schedule (advance and balance) will be communicated at the time of booking.
The balance amount must be paid before tour commencement, as specified.
Failure to make timely payments may result in automatic cancellation, with applicable cancellation charges.
Prices may change prior to booking confirmation due to fuel costs, government taxes, permit fees, or supplier price revisions.
5. Prices, Inclusions & Exclusions
Tour prices include only those services explicitly mentioned in the confirmed itinerary.
Any service not expressly mentioned shall be treated as excluded.
Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, room service, medical expenses, insurance, and incidental costs are excluded unless stated otherwise.
Travel insurance is not included unless explicitly mentioned and is strongly recommended.
6. Itinerary Changes & Operational Flexibility
Travel in Northeast India is subject to factors such as weather conditions, terrain, road accessibility, government regulations, and permit approvals.
ClearEast Trip reserves the right to modify itineraries, routes, accommodations, or sightseeing schedules for safety, operational, or logistical reasons.
No refund shall be provided for changes or omissions caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control.
Wherever feasible, suitable alternatives will be arranged.
7. Hotels & Accommodation
Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking.
If a listed hotel becomes unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
Standard hotel policies for check-in, check-out, and room allocation apply.
Room types (twin/double/triple) are subject to availability and hotel rules.
8. Transportation
Vehicles are arranged strictly as per itinerary and group size.
Vehicles are not at disposal for personal use beyond the agreed itinerary.
ClearEast Trip shall not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or local circumstances.
9. Permits & Documentation
Certain destinations require Inner Line Permits (ILP), Restricted Area Permits (PAP), or other government approvals.
Guests must provide accurate and valid documents within the stipulated timeline.
Permit fees are non-refundable once applied.
ClearEast Trip shall not be responsible for permit rejection due to incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information provided by guests.
10. Health, Safety & Medical Responsibility
Guests are responsible for assessing their physical fitness and health before booking.
Tours may involve high altitudes, long travel hours, or remote locations.
ClearEast Trip is not liable for illness, injury, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or medical emergencies.
Guests are advised to carry necessary medications and adequate travel insurance.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed strictly by ClearEast Trip’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customers are advised to read and understand the Cancellation & Refund Policy before confirming a booking.
12. Force Majeure
ClearEast Trip shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Landslides, floods, earthquakes
Political unrest or government restrictions
Pandemics or public health emergencies
Road blockages or infrastructure failures
Any additional expenses arising due to such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
13. Limitation of Liability
ClearEast Trip acts solely as a coordinator between customers and third-party service providers.
The company shall not be responsible for acts, omissions, or defaults of hotels, transport providers, guides, or other suppliers.
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
14. Customer Conduct
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, customs, and cultural sensitivities.
ClearEast Trip reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a guest’s conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or harmful to others
15. Intellectual Property
All website content including itineraries, text, images, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of ClearEast Trip.
Unauthorized reproduction, use, or distribution is prohibited.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
17. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, making a payment, or confirming a booking, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
